In connection with the growth of our activities at our office in Uden, we are looking for an ambitious and driven “customer service representative” within our team. You are responsible for achieving your sales objectives, customer satisfaction and you have a true winning mentality!

What are you going to do?
- Correct handling of incoming sales requests;
- Steer on KPIs and monitor quality vs quantity;
- Sending and following up on “tailor-made” offers;
- Working with targets;
- Accurately registering, checking and changing current files and projects;
- Other common activities.
What we are looking for in a collaborator
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Dutch and English are required;
- Another language is an advantage;
- Relevant MBO training;
- Proactive, energetic team player and flexible;
- No 9 to 5 mentality.
